An innovative and effective approach for leadership in PPP

In many countries, PPP projects are becoming increasingly important. However, there is often a serious gap in implementation capability. Many governments have acknowledged that they have too few officials who have the competence to manage and deliver these programmes effectively and efficiently. There is a similar shortage of experienced individuals in the many private sector firms and companies who want to respond to government requests for proposals to deliver and manage the public infrastructure necessary for economic and social development.

The CBS/ILM part-time, 12-month, Action Learning diploma in strategic leadership and executive management of public private partnerships is designed specifically to overcome these short comes. It is customised to meet the needs of individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors charged with designing and implementing PPP-based projects.

Our diploma programme focuses on solving real business problems and building personal and technical competencies.
