The majority of our programmes are done “IN-COMPANY” or “IN-MINISTRY”. That is, they are designed to improve the performance of single organisations or of a consortium of organisations (4 or 5 working together).  They are CUSTOMISED to the needs of each client and they focus on improving TECHNICAL and MANAGERIAL performance.  They can lead to qualifications but, above all, they lead to MEASURABLE improvement in the performance of department and the leadership/managerial capabilities of participants.  They also include the detailed involvement of senior managers and “expert witnesses” from within the client’s industry.

All our programmes are part-time, taking into account the pressures managers are under in their “day jobs”.  They are all delivered using ACTION LEARNING methods.  Typically a programme will last for 12/15 months and consist of 6 one-week modules designed around the following elements:

Pre-Course preparation.

Projects.

Group projects.

Individual projects.

Personal development plans.

The logbook

New knowledge and skills workshops.

Leadership consultancies and exchanges.

Individual tutorials from the Programme Director / Learning set adviser.
