The faculty of the School have extensive experience spanning 20 years of delivering leadership programmes in corporations and SMEs spanning a wide spectrum of sectors, and in many parts of the world.

These in-company, customised Action Learning programmes have been developed in partnership with the private and public sector organisations in which they have been delivered.

These programmes have achieved major breakthroughs in improving both organisational and individual performance. These results have been achieved through project-driven Action Learning techniques, in which the workplace and not the classroom is the laboratory of learning.
